Registration number: 100645903451. Registered-office address supplied for launch configuration: South Delhi, India.
Launch disclosure pending: the appointed grievance officer’s name and a complete serviceable postal address have not been independently verified for this policy. These details must be confirmed and the channels tested before public launch. The listed telephone and mailboxes are operator-confirmed business contacts; appointment and end-to-end delivery/escalation testing remain required.

02What to include
Describe the issue, relevant dates, consultation/payment or content reference, and the remedy requested. Redact unrelated personal details from screenshots. You may complain about charges, refunds, non-delivery, Expert conduct, false credentials, privacy, content, accessibility or technical problems. An opinion-related complaint is still eligible for fair review where deficient or unauthorised service is alleged.
In-app tickets provide a reference and conversation history. Follow up on that ticket, or quote its reference when requesting escalation. Acknowledgement confirms receipt; it is not a decision on the merits.
03Applicable complaint timelines
Consumer complaints: acknowledgement within 48 hours and redressal within one month from receipt under the E-Commerce Rules. These are elapsed-time obligations, not a 72-business-hour target. Investigations involving a payment provider do not remove the duty to respond and provide a remedy within applicable law.
Where the IT intermediary grievance rules apply to hosted content: acknowledgement within 24 hours and resolution within seven days under the February 2026 amendment. Specified removal complaints have a 36-hour limit, and qualifying intimate-content or impersonation complaints require action within two hours. Court/government directions and other urgent obligations have their own deadlines. Identify urgent content clearly so it can be routed immediately.
These timelines require staffed operations, including urgent escalation outside ordinary office hours. The missing officer and serviceable-address verification above remain launch blockers; this page alone does not establish an operational grievance function.
04Escalation and external remedies
If unresolved or dissatisfied, request grievance-officer review in the ticket, explaining what remains outstanding. Request a written outcome and reasons. Duplicate correspondence may be linked, but a complaint should not be closed solely because it is inconvenient or critical.
You may approach the National Consumer Helpline, a competent consumer commission or court, and the relevant professional regulator where applicable. Internal support does not remove statutory remedies or stop limitation periods. Eligible intermediary decisions may be appealed through the statutory Grievance Appellate Committee mechanism. DPDP remedies apply according to their commencement and statutory prerequisites; this page does not describe future rights as already fully enforceable.
05Privacy and records
Request access, correction, consent withdrawal or erasure through Support where account settings cannot complete it. Identify the data involved; proportionate identity checks may be needed. Complaint records and evidence are used for resolution, security and legal duties and handled under the Privacy Policy. Avoid posting another person’s sensitive information in a public review.
