Who can apply to become an expert?

Professionals with relevant experience in finance, tax, insurance, lending, business, and related advisory areas can apply. Your background and proposed services are reviewed. Registrations or certifications may be required for your category.

Is there a fee to join?

Experts have no paid subscription or paid platform-access plan. The first calendar month of expert platform access is a free trial beginning when activated. No card, renewal payment or automatic subscription charge is required. The fixed 30% consultation commission applies during and after the trial. Approval, identity, compliance and account-status requirements still apply.

How long does the review take?

Most complete applications are reviewed within 2–5 business days. Missing or unclear documents can take longer. You’ll receive updates as your application moves through review.

What should I have ready?

Have your identity details, PAN or tax information, professional credentials where applicable, and payout details ready. The application guides you through the documents needed for your category.

Can I offer both chat and audio calls?

Yes. Chat and audio consultations are supported. Configure your approved services, rates, and availability in your expert workspace so clients can see how to connect and what each option costs.

Can I set my own rates and availability?

Yes. Set your chat base rate at ₹10/min or more and your audio base rate at ₹15/min or more, subject to category rules. You can manage availability and pause new requests when you’re busy. The number of consultation requests and your earnings will vary.

How do payouts work?

Payouts are based on completed consultations, less applicable platform fees and adjustments such as refunds. Timing depends on payout cycles and settlement or review requirements. Your dashboard shows payout status.
