Investment Calculators
These calculators answer the questions that come up when you are putting money to work: what a monthly investment could grow into, what a one-time amount could become, what rate you actually earned, how much a goal requires each month, and what inflation quietly takes off the top. Each one shows its formula and states the assumptions it runs on.

Open calculatorGetting a useful answer
A few things worth knowing before you read too much into any single number these calculators produce.
- 01
Start from the question, not the calculator
If you know the amount and want the outcome, use SIP or Lumpsum. If you know the outcome and want the amount, use the goal-based SIP calculator. If you already have a result and want the rate you achieved, use CAGR. Picking the right one matters more than fine-tuning the inputs.
- 02
Contributions matter early, compounding matters late
For the first several years most of a projected corpus is money you put in. The crossover — where estimated returns exceed contributions — usually arrives somewhere in the second decade at typical equity assumptions. The year-by-year table on each page shows exactly where it happens for your numbers.
- 03
Treat the return rate as a range, not a number
Every projection here holds the rate constant, which no real market does. Run your plan at a rate two or three points below your central assumption. If it still works, the plan is robust; if it only works at the optimistic figure, that is worth knowing now.
- 04
Nominal figures are not purchasing power
A projected corpus is in future rupees. The inflation calculator converts between today's money and tomorrow's, which is the step most plans skip and most goals need.
